Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. This allows us to offer the slot to other students and ensures fair access to our limited class availability.
To cancel your class, please visit your bookings page and select the cancellation option, or contact us directly via the contact form on our website.
⚠️ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class time will result in forfeiture of the class session with no refund or credit issued.
We understand that schedules change! You may reschedule your class up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability in other time slots.
Each class booking may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Additional reschedules may incur a $15 administrative fee to ensure fair scheduling for all students.
Contact us through the website contact form with your booking details and preferred new date/time. We'll confirm availability and process your reschedule request.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled class. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive the full benefit of your session.
If you arrive late, your class will end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions beyond their scheduled end time, as this impacts other students' bookings.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in class cancellation at the instructor's discretion, with no refund or credit issued. This ensures we maintain quality instruction time for all students.
